The Warrior Diet and my Introduction

The Warrior Diet

You probably came to this blog while searching the internet for information about the "Warrior Diet", which I would rather call a lifestyle. The Warrior Diet is basically eating one large satisfying meal per day rather than the more common several smaller meals a day to lose weight and gain lean muscle. My goal is to stay very fit, but I tire of eating so many small, barely-satisfactory meals, and I miss having the feeling of a full stomach after a great feast. The Warrior diet caught my interest because it is a diet with the goal of being fit, while promoting one to eat one large meal every day. This blog is going to be about my life on the warrior diet.

About Me and this Blog

You guys (or girls) can call me Hikenyura (He-ken-you-ra). I do not want to tell the whole world my age, but I'm on the young side. I am 5'7'' and weight around 140 lbs currently. I'm relatively fit, and I work out almost every day, but I also like to enjoy life as well. I'm satisfied with my health, but I'm always looking for ways to improve it, without going to serious extremes. Some may find one meal a day extreme, but I don't. It's actually what my stomach tells me, since I'm never really hungry during the day ( I only eat because I'm "suppose to"). I started this blog because I searched around the internet and could not find many blogs about people keeping to it. I also started this blog to keep track of living on a warrior diet. I hope this blog will help anyone who wants to see how life is living on one meal a day.
